Kelly was totally amazing. I booked her services for 4 hours and she was very professional, efficient, and above and beyond at completing the work. She completed more work than what I had planned for her. She did house cleaning, windows cleaning and lundry folding. I will definitely want to have Kelly's services over and over again.

It would have been better if she had asked about the obvious taffy stuck to the carpet I thought she would clean, I have a steam cleaner she could use if needed but she didn't ask about it and didn't tell me when she was done so left without me inspecting the room where I would have pointed it out.

The person on the photo is not the person that actually showed up for the job. Although she did a good job on what she did clean, the oven was not cleaned and was requested. The kitchen floor was not mopped either. Looking forward to the next cleaning so we can get those areas addressed.

Anna Mopped the Upstairs bathroom floors using too much water, causing water to leak and dampen the Downstairs ceiling. In the future to avoid water damage, best to use my Steamer Mop which leaves no water and will not cause future ceiling or floor damage.
