I have a lot of experience with air bnb cleaning, and have managed as many as 18 air bnb properties at one time. Also, excellent in general whole home cleanings as well as deep cleaning. I consider myself very professional & personable. This is key to the getting customers to work with me again in the future. There are 3 main factors to providing a quality cleaning for any customer & those being : 1. Knowledge of chemicals & equipment & how to use them. 2. Always clean from top to bottom. 3. Anything we wet, we dry . I also have a few of my own little signature trade marks that you will notice in your home or office that will leave no question that I, indeed did do your cleaning 😊 I do ask that customers clear off surfaces, such as counters in bathroom and kitchen prior to my arrival. Also I Do NOT DO FULL sinks of dishes,or entire counters worth of dishes. If you have a few dishes in the sink I don't mind washing those for you from time to time. I am very thorough and love to make a house feel like home. Please remember to book your time according to your needs. A deep cleaning, no matter the size of the home, cannot be done in a few hour time frame. For example, a small kitchen can take upwards of 3 hours to deep clean. I use wire brushes and a top of the line de-greaser, I DO NOT use oven cleaners due to the hazardous chemicals that not only I ingest but also for the safety of my clients as well. Please book according to home size, furniture/belongings to move, as well as the number of pets and of course people.😉SIDE NOTE: I am asking anyone who is SICK,(sick in anyway) .....TO Please reschedule your appointment. I run a business and need to stay healthy for my existing client base as well as for all my new clients. People are of all ages, elderly down to babies in the home. I do not need to pass on germs to my much appreciated clients. As I am sure you don't want me coming to clean your home with any illnesses. I appreciate your understanding on this matter. IT MATTERS! Side Note: when 2 or 3 or more - cleaners come into your home, you divide the hours by 2,3,4 etc. Example: 2 cleaners x 2 hours =4 hours. Example: 6 hours ÷ 3 cleaners= 2 hours inside the home.etc. I do not work alone for safety reasons. I have an EXCELLENT 5 star service and a Top Notch team of trained professionals who work diligently to get the results that my clients deserve. P.S. If I run late getting to your home due to weather conditions and just life happens, I automatically add that time on the end of your appointment. I also do charge for ALL travel time.
