Ismael did not clean my house today. it was 2 women. I want them to come back. I’m not comfortable leaving a tip here because it won’t go to them. please let me know how I can tip the ladies.

Marshay was early which was great. She came in and immediately went to work. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. I'd definitely use her again.

Monique did another excellent job. She was on time and went straight to work and cleaned the areas we requested. She's fantastic.

Toni was the BEST!! she cleans with love. not only does she do an excellent job, she is very polite and friendly. she didn’t mind my dogs barking constantly. my floors are the cleanest they’ve been in a long time. I want her every time.

she is a pro. she did little things that are done in hotels. my place was a disaster and she busted her rear getting it clean. she made my bed put my clothes away, just organized everything. THIS is what I expect!

In the six months that I have used Homeaglow Rocio has been the absolute best cleaner that has been sent. We have been thinking of stopping the Homeaglow service, but now that Rocio has been here and done such a wonderful job we have decided to keep using the service. I usually get my house cleaned regularly, so it wasn’t super dirty, but instead of just going through the motions, she did a lot of detailed cleaning and cleaned areas I hadn’t even considered. crystal arrived on time and was friendly, just not very detailed. my house is clean, but the bottom of my sink does not appear to be cleaned and there were smudges on the shower door and water puddle next to the bathtub. i asked that she concentrate on the bathrooms and floors, but that just doesn’t appear to be the case.

She did a very good job on the bathrooms but unfortunately, in 6 hours, only did 3 bathrooms, not much time for anything else. Also needs smoke breaks. Used my vacuum and steam cleaner and didn't clean/empty them after. Very pleasant though.

I have a remodeled home and it’s very dusty from all the construction, she did a great job at removing the dust. she vacuumed and mopped my floors well and ensured no single wooden chips are left in my new cabinets. She was also very detailed with ensuring to scrub the floors well and wiped the window sills down.
