Rita is very nice and friendly and sweet. We had her for 2 1/2 hours… But her ride did not pick her up for another two hours. So that was uncomfortable as we were ready to eat dinner and her ride wasn’t there yet and we had to keep spending time and chitchatting with her which wasn’t a problem except I wish a ride would come at the correct time and not make us all wait two hours for her

I was also charged for the 3 hours when she never cleaned. I would live to work wth her next time but i also want my money back for the services that were not done.
