Anna - from Denise’s team - came for the first time today. She took on the Kitchen and Bathroom, as requested, while also dusting and vacuuming. All looks fresh and clean.

she was super nice and did good job! took her 30min to find me at my address and left my nightstands dusty although i paid extra hour.

She did an excellent job. communicative, hard working, and thorough. booked her for 4 hours, she did dirty dishes(some moldy-post hospital stay), bathroom, and living room. we didn’t not organize bedroom/office clean up. she was excellent and efficient. she took action when we pointed towards some dusty glass shelves. Bailey works hard, and she is very thorough. we are very happy with her work.

Destiny did a great job cleaning up. She was flexible, receptive to feedback and did a through job with cleaning.

She is a very hardworking and kind lady. There was a slight language barrier since she does not speak English, but overall communication was manageable. The floor mopping could have been done more thoroughly, as the floors felt a bit sticky afterward and there were noticeable water marks, possibly due to the mop or cleaning rag not being fully clean.

Giselle did great - our apartment is very clean. My only complaint is that the kitchen floor is not as clean as I'd of liked it to be, but maybe I'm being picky.

she cleaned bathroom and deep cleaned the windows well, however she ran out of time and rushed to the rest. she arrived late but she hit traffic. this was a large home than she thought, she needed at least 2 more hours to finish the. iob

The cleaner that was sent was very friendly and hard working. She did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate my needs. I was hoping she could get a bit more done in the 6 hours she was scheduled.

Slim is a good cleaner, but he said he would come at time and date requested (April 17 at 8:30), but the night before said he could not come, but would work on Sunday. We said "no" to Sunday and he asked to come Monday at 11:00. We asked for him to come at 8:30. He said he would try for 10:00. He came at 11:00. We prefer Daniel or Naomi for cleaners because they are good and do come by 9:00.

Liviane C was amazing! Extra thoughtful. Organized our bathroom and kitchen in ways we hadn’t even considered but, worked! She even cleaned our air fryer which was not on the list of needed things. Highly recommend and excited for he to come back again!

Neibis has cleaned my apartment a couple of times. She is very quick and works well without a lot of direction. For the most part she’s thorough but I do occasionally find areas that still have dust or counters that don’t seem wiped.

She was great! she had all the equipment and supplies to do the job very well and was very thorough. I highly recommend her and will request her next time!
