Yadira was my first house cleaner so I have no comparison. However my house was a real mess. My kitchen is sparkling bathrooms are great the rest is up to these kids to straighten up. Thank you so much yadira. Not sure how the next 2 hr clean would go but she handle what she came to do

He was very nice young man, did a good job for the amount of time he was given. Wish i could have had him a little longer to finish up but i needed to leave. Glad i was realistic on how long it takes one person to clean someone's home. Learned i should always book the extra hour just in case.

Amberleigh as amazing and very helpful, she's extremely detail-oriented and made sure to leave my house spotless! Which is very hard because I have a long haired cat and his hair gets everywhere but she was extremely thorough. She was also very kind and I enjoyed talking with her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with cleaning!

Rita is very nice and friendly and sweet. We had her for 2 1/2 hours… But her ride did not pick her up for another two hours. So that was uncomfortable as we were ready to eat dinner and her ride wasn’t there yet and we had to keep spending time and chitchatting with her which wasn’t a problem except I wish a ride would come at the correct time and not make us all wait two hours for her

Hello, i believe there was a miss understanding. Rita never showed up and did not contact me until her window of arrival was closed. Please refers to the messages sent back and forth. I was also charged for the 3 hours when she never cleaned. I would live to work wth her next time but i also want my money back for the services that were not done.

For future cleaning, you can't use water on hard wood floors. If she's going to use water it needs to be barely wet, puddles can't be left behind. Otherwise, she was great.

Sorry to let Selinda go because she will have delivery soon and vacuuming and changing bed was very difficult for her I feel Miserable to see her suffering and working hard in pregnancy that’s why I let her to go sooner . I don’t know how Homeaglow send her for work at this sensitive situation

Beyond fantastic! Non-judgmental with the extreme clutter she had to work around. It was over 110 degrees and inside the house was barely cooler. Not one complaint.
