Beyond fantastic! Non-judgmental with the extreme clutter she had to work around. It was over 110 degrees and inside the house was barely cooler. Not one complaint. My mom is an extra pack rat and Wendy made her feel comfortable. Amazing detail with cleaning! House feels new and refreshed! I couldn’t have found a better organizer and cleaning tech. Ivy was a pleasure to have in my home. She arrived in her scheduled window and took a quick tour of our home with me to figure out what was most important to me. She was kind to my pets and careful not to leave the door open. She had many of her own supplies and used my picky brands when I asked her to. I really enjoyed talking to her while she spoiled me by doing my housework for me.

I had paid for 5 hours work. She arrived 3 pm sharp! I only had 4 rooms but they were VERY MESSY. She got two rooms done, left her drink on the counter so I’m cleaning up after her. She left 6:30 2 rooms NOT CLEANED!!! They tried to charge me only for three hours so that’s fair…..

Armida worked hard in 6 hours and I could tell she took pride in her work. We needed our house cleaned for renters and she did an excellent job!

Keyona communicated with me regularly before the appointment. She arrived on time. She was polite and respectful. She focused on the areas I requested to optimize her time. I docked her one star because she did not deep clean. But perhaps my expectation was unrealistic for her 1st visit, since she had a lot of areas to cover. Next time I’ll ask her to focus on limited areas and clean deeper.

Cleaner was supposed to be there at q0 am, then changed to 9 pm, then 3 pm, finally arrived at 4:20pm, left at 6:40pm. Or the other hand Katlyn did everything I asked of her and did it pretty well.
