Merly is a pleasure to work with. What I really appreciate is her self starter attitude, communication style, trustworthiness and level of efficiency. She's a "keeper!" What I don't like has nothing to do with her but the more fees on top of other fees.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE her style of cleaning, I added the extra hour for fridge and spotless. everything was so organized and placed, smells clean and even made my bed 😭 Definitely will be booking again!!

Cleaning was decent, but bathroom counter items were not wiped / cleaned, and the trash was left behind in the bathroom and kitchen trash cans. I’d still give her another try, since she was really nice and meant well.

HE AND HIS TEAM WERE PHENOMENAL! The cleaning was 5 star hotel standard. they were extremely nice people and efficient. Their energy is extremely calming, receptive, and they did not bother me at all. i even treated them to starbucks… it was a great first impression for me to start using this service in my new place.

Did a decent job but I expected more. The shower wasn't cleaned well, so I had to go back and clean it myself. I was really disappointed about that. That was the main issue. Most things were dusted, except for a few; I wanted them wiped down.

The house was left in excellent condition. I booked a 3-hour visit, and she accomplished so much while paying attention to the small details. everything looked nice, but she wasn’t great at time management. I had to ask her to move onto the next areas, I had to ask her to make the bed, I had to remind her of the time to make sure she had time to mop. There were also areas that were dusty that she did not clean.
