Carmen's session was good for a regular cleaning. I wish there was an option to let her know when and if we need a deep cleaning session. It struck me as odd that she did not sweep before mopping on some floor surfaces.

Pleasant energy, gets right to it while exercising care. No complaints from me nor my husband. Lots of floor mopping is part of the job/so much ceramic tile to attend to and we appreciate her cleaning all those floors!

I don’t mind he was a half hour late but didn’t make up for the time at the end. So I only got 31/2 hours instead of 4. Also the area rug under the dining room table was not vacuumed. Overall was pleased.
