Overall, a good job. Great bathroom floors, very clean, floors being something I always notice. Concerned about her vacuum on my wood floors, I think it might scratch. Maybe should be damped mopped? Also, if you look to right as you go upstairs, you can see dust under chairs etc., that were missed. But again, kitchen looked good too.

Alise cleaned everything I asked her to clean. She wasn't as thorough as other cleaners, but her price is reasonable.

One big reason I let my old house keepers go was the language barrier. So unfortunately I won’t be hiring Karen again but only because the language barrier but other then that she did a good job.
