One piece of feedback would be that not all of the mirrors were cleaned and a few small pieces of decor that didnt get dusted off, but I know she is still getting acquainted with the space and what it needs. Definitely rebooking her!

Alisa and her team did a great job. They were thorough and professional, and the house looked clean and fresh afterward. The two cleaners worked for six hours, and the service felt worth the cost. Next time, I’ll provide more detailed instructions and check in more closely after the cleaning, but overall I’m satisfied and would book them again.

Yari is Spanish-speaking, but we were able to communicate effortlessly using a translator app, which made the experience smooth and easy. He is a really good surface cleaner, but I would not use him again for deep cleaning. It was late when he left, but when I woke up in the morning, I noticed the dining room table was not wiped down none of the chairs that go to the table will wipe down and the den was not picked up well I would recommend for light cleaning but he was here for six hours and this is kind of unacceptable
