communication was hard w language barrier. I think girl was very nice and did an ok job. she spent 4 hours and my floor did not get mopped. partly my fault not having her understand what I wanted. lesson learned on saying clearly what I would like prioritized.

Person who came to clean was good but i am not sure it it was Carolina. the person looked different and had tattoos on the neck vs person on the picture looks very very different. overall i am happy with cleaning but i am bit confused by the profile

the kitchen sink wasn't clean thoroughly and I had to do it. But all else was ok. But he wasn't able to get all the grease off the cabinets, which was why an extra hour was added, but most of the cabinets were cleaned. He did a good job dusting off all the surfaces. The bathroom was cleaned excellently .
