Malayala did a very good job. Got right in and worked her heart out. She cleaned a bathroom that seldom gets used and needed a lot of TLC, walls and high mirrors. The only detriment (and I neglected to tell her to begin with) I have a little trouble hearing and she has a very soft voice.

It was a good start to getting the house cleaned but she wasn’t able to finish the kitchen or entryway in the time allotted.

Ashlee was supposed to come at 1 pm and didn’t show up till 2:45 with no notice and no response to my messages. However when three people (!) finally came and Ashlee begged me to let them do the work, they did a very thorough job.

Ashlee was very nice, let me know when she would be arriving and respected that I didn’t want any men coming to help. Only thing was the cabinets weren’t wiped like requested and some of my dishes were still greasy.

Since I injured my back I haven’t been able to do regular cleaning. Ashlee and crew left my place looking wonderful!! It feels so good to have it clean like this again!!!
