Jessica helped me tremendously with an overwhelming organizational task. I didn’t need cleaning but needed deep organizing to keep things clean. In 2.5 hours she accomplished more than I could in 10. Thankful for her help. Highly recommend

Good cleaning Put the fridge parts back in all wrong Turned off fridge temperature and forgot to turn it on. We had to spend an hour getting it back chilled and fix all the drawers again. Cleaning wise good for toilet too.

Chelsia was great! Took her time to get hard to reach and construction impacted flooring. She was prepared with her own supplies and comfortable to use anything available in the house if preferred my own supplies (I didn't have a preference so she was prepared with her own). Leann and her coworker were an hour and forty five minutes late. This was not a good start to the cleaning session. Once they arrived, they got right to work. Jessa did an amazing job cleaning our tubs/showers. They were coated in rust colored hard-water stains. I have tried five or six different products and hours and hours of time trying to get them clean. Jessa had them clean in a day!

Did not clean the main bathroom floor as requested. Do not understand why I paid him directly and the company. I would rather just deal with paying him directly and not have to deal with HOMEAGLOW at all. Company doesn't seem reputable at all.

Sheila did amazing cleaning. She was very kind, cleaned all the places very well. I am definitely going to book next cleaning booking with her.

Malayala did a very good job. Got right in and worked her heart out. She cleaned a bathroom that seldom gets used and needed a lot of TLC, walls and high mirrors. The only detriment (and I neglected to tell her to begin with) I have a little trouble hearing and she has a very soft voice.

The things that were cleaned were done mostly well. Uncommon things got cleaned like the fridge, screens, and hvac. Some basic stuff was missed like the kitchen counters and parts of the floor. They offered to come back though.
