Lynn is very reliable: when she says she’ll be there, she will be, and if she has any delays en route she is proactive with communication. She has always done an excellent job.

Kenneth was late but communicated and uodated when he would arrive. He almost left without cleaning our upstairs rooms/bathrooms. He got to the bathrooms only. All areas cleaned were cleaned well.

Efficient and punctual. Could’ve done a little better job in the bathroom shower. The mop was great. Didn’t mind she showed up with someone cause it got done faster. My prefered cleaner I’ve had so far. Last 2 didn’t even show up.

Anthony is very polite and nice person. He is very detail-oriented but takes a long time to finish his job. He cleaned very well but couldn't complete everything in 3 hours. The house is only 1,490 square feet and is a pretty clean house with very little furniture. If you book him schedule it for a longer period.

Good cleaning Put the fridge parts back in all wrong Turned off fridge temperature and forgot to turn it on. We had to spend an hour getting it back chilled and fix all the drawers again. Cleaning wise good for toilet too.

She was prepared with her own supplies and comfortable to use anything available in the house if preferred my own supplies (I didn't have a preference so she was prepared with her own).
