She got a lot cleaned really good but unfortunately the thing that’s most important to me is making the bed and it’s hard for me as I’m disabled now and I definitely don’t like the way she made it and a few other things as well I hope you don’t hold it against her but I rather try some one else next time and please I book appointment after 1st of month when I get paid never at end of month

1st appointment, did a great job on my floors and windows! Didn’t dust much or wipe down surfaces like dining table and kitchen counters because I didn’t mention needing them done she said, I assumed that was part of the regular cleaning. But everything she did clean was great!

I wish I could have given 4.5 stars. Everything that got done was done very well, but not everything was completed, so I couldn't justify 5 stars. I've added more time to our next appointment, so we should be fine going forward. It is a pleasure working with Shandra.

She does a good job cleaning, but she does have some problems arriving at the agreed time. I realize that there are reasons for that, but it does limit my activities on the days she is due because I'm afraid that I'll miss her.

Julieanne did a very good job in cleaning the place. She did communicate when she had to adjust the appointment time. There was an error however in the billed hours and I reached out to Julieanne, and she was courteous and explained the issue. This was later settled amicably. I will like her services in the future and recommend her to others.

Lisa was great! Very thorough. Did a great job on 5+ rooms and floors. Ran out of time I hoped to get done but I was asking a lot.

I came home to a lovely smelling, clean home. I have a lot of “stuff” and she did a good job working around all of it.

It was very nice to come home to a clean house. There were a few things missed, not vacuuming the stairs or cleaning a downstairs glass shower......nothing of which is a deal breaker. All in all i was pleased with the service 😀 i also was very happy she showed up on time!

Rosa is full of integrity. We had booked 3.5 hrs and she mistakenly thought it was 3 hrs. I don't think we would of noticed the shortage but she saw the discrepancy and immediately reached out. Rosa is welcome in our home anytime. Trust is a big factor to us when having people come to our home.

Sarah did a wonderful job cleaning our very messy house! It was a chia pet with doors and windows! I have scheduled our next cleaning for Nov 16th 10-4. She was so thorough and efficient and cleaned everything Beautifully. We are thrilled! I’d like her to be my permanent Hs keeper! She’s great and so nice! I tipped her before she left so I won’t be adding a tip at this time.

Shawna showed up ready to work!! My bathroom was filthy and she worked hard to clean it exactly how I wanted. While I was on a phone call, Shawna found more to clean in the kitchen without needing direction. I loved her ability to take initiative.

Shawna did a good job. She is a little slow and couldn't cover Vacuum/moping floors. In 3 hours she covered only 2.25 bath, stove top and kitchen sink. But, she cleaned what she cleaned pretty well. 5 stars. Will rebook, but with more hours.
