The only reason I didn't give her 5 stars is because she brought a helper/trainee who didn't care about taking about taking her shoes off. Otherwise, Cassandra did an excellent work.

Adrienne was awesome as always and charges a very reasonable rate compared to other cleaners! 10/10 would recommend!

She cleans very quickly and takes care of the details in my house. Unfortunately, she is often not on time and doesn't have her own equipment or cleaning solutions.

Amber was a pleasure to have clean our house. She did a wonderful, thorough cleaning. I look forward to working with her.

Amor did an amazing job and went above and beyond for me. I can't believe how much everything shines. My apartment is cleaner than the day I moved in. I found my go-to cleaner!

It is very important to me that the cleaners show at the time scheduled. I plan my agenda according to that schedule. She showed up one and a half hours late and I had a doctors appointment. She couldn’t finish the job. The cleaning products she uses left streaks on the mirrors that she cleaned in the bathroom. She is very nice but needs to be a little more professional on her job.

Ashley did a fantastic job. I was actually on the verge of canceling my membership before she came over. She had great communication and my apartment looks fantastic! Would definitely only use her moving forward :)

Jennifer is a hard worker. She is a great cleaner. She will tell what she is cleaning and if a spot can’t come off she will tell you why! She is very proffesional and will call you right before she comes to your appointment. She gets things clean and does not waste time. She is really good!

Amber was great! Punctual, fun to talk to, and handled some seriously old dust. My place looks and smells so nice. 😌

Stephanie was great! She came in and worked hard the whole time. She was kind and worked around me easily.

Lisa is fantastic. She cleans for us every week so I don't leave a review every single time, but she does a great job every single time. She is a pro and a good listener. I love the days that she comes over because the house is so nice when she's done.

Christine was great…unforturnately she needed more time to complete our house cleaning. Next time I will book her for an earlier start. Plus she had travel time to get here and take a ferry, which added to the time alotment.

Dina was thorough and detailed and was as quiet and unobtrusive as possible since both my fiancée and I work from home.

We just have a few things that we would like for Hailey to work on and since Travis works with cleaning chemicals for his job, he was hoping to show her what to use and how. Is this allowed? Also, can she use our vacuum next time? Otherwise Hailey was awesome!

Cheryl did an amazing job! My house was dirty and she was non judgemental, compassionate, very understanding. She is very quick and efficient. She communicates well and is friendly. I highly recommend her for cleaning jobs.

She got a lot cleaned really good but unfortunately the thing that’s most important to me is making the bed and it’s hard for me as I’m disabled now and I definitely don’t like the way she made it and a few other things as well I hope you don’t hold it against her but I rather try some one else next time and please I book appointment after 1st of month when I get paid never at end of month

1st appointment, did a great job on my floors and windows! Didn’t dust much or wipe down surfaces like dining table and kitchen counters because I didn’t mention needing them done she said, I assumed that was part of the regular cleaning. But everything she did clean was great!

I wish I could have given 4.5 stars. Everything that got done was done very well, but not everything was completed, so I couldn't justify 5 stars. I've added more time to our next appointment, so we should be fine going forward. It is a pleasure working with Shandra.

She does a good job cleaning, but she does have some problems arriving at the agreed time. I realize that there are reasons for that, but it does limit my activities on the days she is due because I'm afraid that I'll miss her.
