I am so pleased with the "new" look of the hardwood floors throughout my entire house. Our tub is so clean it looks polished! Nichole even got the underside of my range hood sparkling.

She did an excellent job. She was on time, asked questions regarding what we wanted done and was detailed within the timeframe. Better experience compared to my last one.

Ronda was great at organizing and vacuuming but I should have booked more time. She ran out of time to clean the best of the bathroom. Rhonda was very kind and worked very hard on the areas I needed done. I will book her again.

A M A Z I N G ! ! Oh my gosh...I tried to find fault after she left but there was NONE! No wonder it's difficult to get another booking from her. Please don't try, leave her all to me! No more 'pink' mold in the shower....what! Toilet rings I can NEVER get completely gone & get this, door insets on both sides wiped clean. 5 *'s are not enough, 10 + or more works for me!

There was a huge miscommunication and her phone was off, so no one was home when she was there and no one could come let her in. She waited outside for a few hours, which is why I gave her 4 stars. She is very nice and very professional, but her cleaning isn't very good.
