The work that was actually completed was good, however several areas were overlooked, specifically the bathtub in the guest bath upstairs. That wasn’t acceptable. I’m a little disappointed that I would have to double-check everything before she leaves each time. Hopefully the 3rd time is better.

Does a very good clean. Please make sure you polish all cabinets bath & kitchen & move everything to dust furniture. Please move everything on floors to best wash floors.

Second time we've had Juanita to our home and she's great. Had an incident today where I had to rush my little boy to the ER and she not only jumped in to help us get out the door but sang to calm him down and is trustworthy enough that I left the house without hesitation. She stayed and finished the job as expected.

One of the things I most admire is Cindy's versatility. Not only is she doing a remarkable job on the interior of my house, she has been a godsend in doing my gardening from pruning bushes to doing simple weeding. I am truly blessed to have found Cindy.

Nice lady and friendly. The only thing I would say is just give her more details about what you want her to clean. Also, if you have a specific type of cleaner emphasize that for her. I would prefer if she used a special towels for cleaning not paper towel, but other than that she’s good and did her job!

They may be switching from every week to every two weeks only because home a Glo isn’t charging me what I agreed to, I have a help ticket in with them, but depending on how they resolve it, I may have to switch to an every two week clean, we shall see.

Chanavya sent her team for her. They were thorough and pleasant. The only problem was that the toilet in the second bathroom was not cleaned.
