This was my first time using a cleaning service for my house and WOW, I am blown away! Katie was on time, professional, stayed on task and paid attention to EVERY detail. I couldn’t find one thing that wasn’t cleaned well. I HIGHLY recommend Katie and strongly encourage you to request her for all of your cleaning services needs!

I am so very pleased by the cleaning Leann did today. I've never seen my bathrooms so clean! I just can't get down & do baseboards, I'm so grateful they're clean. Highly recommend Leann!!

I would like to have Leeann on future appts. Homeaglow continues to schedule me on wrong dates and with wrong people. I do not have an appt⁰ Thurs or Fri of this week. Leeann came out last week and should be scheduled 2 weeks from then.

This wasn’t a normal cleaning task. We just bought a house and it had a lot of construction dust. She did a wonderful job. And very friendly

Only thing I would like different is to have kitchen countertop items moved and wiped under. As well as the bottles on the shelf in the shower so the white tray they sit on could be cleaned. Very pleasant and organized. Did a great job.

The work that was actually completed was good, however several areas were overlooked, specifically the bathtub in the guest bath upstairs. That wasn’t acceptable. I’m a little disappointed that I would have to double-check everything before she leaves each time. Hopefully the 3rd time is better.

Second time we've had Juanita to our home and she's great. Had an incident today where I had to rush my little boy to the ER and she not only jumped in to help us get out the door but sang to calm him down and is trustworthy enough that I left the house without hesitation. She stayed and finished the job as expected.

Chante’ is the best! After a very long recovery and my adult children and their pets returned home, my place was unrecognizable to me. Chante’ reassured me that it was going to be okay. Obviously she doesn't need 4 hours as she always finishes under 3 hours. She didn't vaccum the rugs or carpets. But everything else looks good

Nice lady and friendly. The only thing I would say is just give her more details about what you want her to clean. Also, if you have a specific type of cleaner emphasize that for her. I would prefer if she used a special towels for cleaning not paper towel, but other than that she’s good and did her job!
