Second cleaning by Sashewa and the high level of performance was again at a Five Star level. I was also impressed that she shared with me that her vehicle was in the shop so she took Lyft to get to my residence. Her determination to fulfill an appointment is way above Five Stars!

Serena was very good and trustworthy. For the most part I was never at home and I don't believe in micro managing. We just bought a new home and did not have the time available to clean or instruct. She was friendly and did a great job. Stove, baseboards, floors, cabinets, basement... the entire home. over 2,000 square feet.

Nice lady and friendly. The only thing I would say is just give her more details about what you want her to clean. Also, if you have a specific type of cleaner emphasize that for her. Awesome job. Took ideas From last review. Even vacuumed the couch throw pillows which is awesome. They may be switching from every week to every two weeks only because home a Glo isn’t charging me what I agreed to, I have a help ticket in with them, but depending on how they resolve it, I may have to switch to an every two week clean, we shall see.
