What a great helper. I was stuck with too many problems-- printer wouldn't work; email was a mess -- and I'm hobbling on a bad knee. She managed to clean the house , mop the floor, helped with laundry AND got the printer moving . I can't wait for her to come back!

Only thing I would like different is to have kitchen countertop items moved and wiped under. As well as the bottles on the shelf in the shower so the white tray they sit on could be cleaned. Very pleasant and organized. Did a great job.

The work that was actually completed was good, however several areas were overlooked, specifically the bathtub in the guest bath upstairs. That wasn’t acceptable. I’m a little disappointed that I would have to double-check everything before she leaves each time. Hopefully the 3rd time is better.

Larry did not stayed and for 3 hours. I had wanted 4. He arrived very late. His vacuum cleaner is disgusting. It needs to be cleaned very badly. I got a mediocre job.

Second time we've had Juanita to our home and she's great. Had an incident today where I had to rush my little boy to the ER and she not only jumped in to help us get out the door but sang to calm him down and is trustworthy enough that I left the house without hesitation. She stayed and finished the job as expected.
