On ;his last cleaning, he picked up a sock in my sweeper and we thought it was finished. However, the worst part was he didn't tell me. Also, he is consistently late. 1 t0 2 hours. I thought the cleaners brought their own equipment? Sorry to be negative, but the sweeper could have been ruined and it is expensive.

Dominique was very friendly and did a great job for us! I came upstairs and immediately noticed our clean shiny floors. She was thorough and we would definitely be happy to have her come again.

Markeis did a thorough and attentive job. He also has a engaging personality. My only issue was that the time of my appointment kept getting moved to a later time. Apparently, he was having some transportation problems; I can relate to that, since I've been there.

Desiree showed up later than the start time, but brought a helper and was able to knock out the cleaning with 2 people in 2 hours instead of 1 person taking 4 hours, which I appreciated.

Anika was punctual, completed the job in a timely manner and was attentive to us as we showed her the needs/outlay of the home. We were satisfied with the job Anika did in our home.

She did what I had asked for the bathrooms, floors, and outside of kitchen cabinets and carpet vacuuming. It was good to have it done.

3 Hours goes fast for sure, and even though we didn't get everything done that we wanted; what was done was exceptional. She got a lot more done than I could have so I truly appreciate it.

Everything was as good as least time with one exception. The kitchen counter tops were overlooked and that was a big disappointment. Crystal is very efficient even so.

Charissa is amazing. We started out with her cleaning services, but she also offers organization as well. We started her on our pantry and the results were extraordinary. Hopefully she can do the same with the rest of our house!

I put in a special request for Crystal to focus on our bathrooms, and she did not disappoint! She got our hard to clean stall showers spotless and even managed to get a year old hair dye stain off my white countertop. Would definitely recommend her!

Holly is great. I have all glass sliding shower doors and she got them perfectly clean, removing all the hard water and soap scum stains. Rest of the house was on par with that level of detail.

She was very thorough but got so engrossed in cleaning that she went way over the time. I didn’t like having to pay more but she did do a great job cleaning

Adili did a good job for us on her first try. Of course as any cleaning person would know, everything gets easier and better with repeated experience. I would certainly recommend her.

She is good at cleaning but little slow. I booked 3 hours but she couldn’t manage to vacuum the house. Last time another lady finished entire work in 2.45 hours. Adili alsoForgot to remove trash. Apart from minor things, I would give her 4/5.

The rating, tip and continued requests for him speaks for itself. He cleans from the moment he walks in the house til the time he leaves, he’s cleaning the glass on the storm door on the outside. If I fall asleep or leave before he finishes, I trust him to lock up for me. Craig is very good at what he does and trustworthy.

My apartment looks like it did the day I moved in. It’s fresh clean and smells good. Anika was very professional and showed up on time. She did a wonderful job and I will book her on my next cleaning.

Crystal did a good job. The only 2 things I would have liked more attention to was the flooring & emptying the bathroom trash. I still had to go in and sweep some debris from both bathrooms and the front hall as well as empty the trash.

They did a great job! All my dog hair is gone and I know there was a lot. My floors have never looked this clean.

Her cleaning was way better than others who came before probably needed more time as hours as split between two people. I will use again if there is the possibility.
