I would have Caprisha come back. That’s important because this app is not “professional” cleaners. So I’ve had a variety of people in the past and she’s only the 2nd that I would be ok with returning. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is because she was late.

Joseph was great he communicated with me whe he was on the way and got stuck in traffic. When he got here, was very polite, he asked me where to start he cleans very well. Scott did an amazing job in our home! Everything looks clean. He took his time and was very meticulous.

Very respectful of my home, cleaned all 3 bathrooms, stairwell and vacuum my livingroom. If you do not want your products used I would recommend asking upfront versus assume they use their own products. I didn't mind the use of my products however I know some people may have other expectations so just keep that in mind when booking. Otherwise she did a good job.

This was my first time working with Shyara, and it was excellent. She is super communicative and managed to go above and beyond even though I wasn't around and she was just working from text instructions. Would 100% recommend

Cleaner did a good job on the two bathrooms for three hours. I then decided to abandon the remaining hour and half but cleaner wipe down bedroom set and moved my bed. That’s as far as we got in four hours. I hope to accomplish more the next time.
