Bierka does a very thorough job cleaning but she is not very punctual and has always been late. The last time she was three hours late and brought another person with her in order to finish on time. The other person unfortunately was not as good a cleaner as Bierka. I like her, she’s friendly and works hard once she’s here but it’s frustrating wondering if and when she’ll get her.

Juliana was on time and she did a great job. She was very thorough in her cleaning. She was very kind and polite. She came with her own equipment as requested. I would highly recommend her and I will use her again.
