Tammy arrived 2 hours late versus the original appointment, although she kept texting and sharing her ETA. She did a great job on the baths (2) and master bedroom (1), but then she rushed a bit to the kitchen (that was for a 3hrs cleaning).

Barbara is a very good cleaner and personable. I had trouble with her cleaning products after the appointment, however, as the perfumey odor still remains and gives me headaches. I'm extremely sensitive, though, so this is no reflection on Barbara.

Valderia did a thorough job of cleaning my apartment - much appreciated. My only request is that she also cleans my microwave in the future cleanings. It will just take her 5 more minutes max. I would be grateful if you could allow her to do that. Thank you for your consideration.
