ShI came in and asked what I needed done. I had surgery recently, so things were really out of order . It feels so good to have one less thing to worry about. There was a double booking that happened on the site. She communicated this to me (prior) asked me what time what work best for me, and still came out. Truly a PROFESSIONAL.

Bierka does a very thorough job cleaning but she is not very punctual and has always been late. The last time she was three hours late and brought another person with her in order to finish on time. The other person unfortunately was not as good a cleaner as Bierka. I like her, she’s friendly and works hard once she’s here but it’s frustrating wondering if and when she’ll get her.

We had to reschedule the appointment, which was not really a problem, because Nicole was ill. I'd rather have a healthy person working on my place rather than someone who might make me ill. She did a great job and I needed to leave before she was finished, and she locked up when she left. I'll definitely be using her in the future.
