If you're a first-time user of her services, it's a good idea to give her a little guidance until she becomes familiar with your preferences and the layout of your house.

Barbara is a very good cleaner and personable. I had trouble with her cleaning products after the appointment, however, as the perfumey odor still remains and gives me headaches. I'm extremely sensitive, though, so this is no reflection on Barbara.

Troy was on time and extremely efficient in the 3 hour cleaning. I highly recommend Troy who should be considered for future work!

I have had another cleaning service in the recent past. Double the cost and not nearly as thorough. When I walked in the door after a long day, I cannot tell you how beautiful my home looked. Everything from floors to ceiling were spotless. Tommie is an absolute gem. Thank you Tommie, perfection!

Nouria did a thorough job but I felt she could have done a lot more in the 4 hours. She did 2 full baths which are mostly clean and new, 1 half bath and only vacuumed my downstairs. She was out of time to do anything else. Usually cleaners I have hired before are able to do lot more in 4 hours. but she is very sweet, respectable and did a great job of what she did.

The only issue i had is i think her vacuum may not have been as strong as mine, so I’ll ask if she can use my Dyson next time, but otherwise, my house is the cleanest it’s been in a long time.
