Jeri was really good at cleaning and even did more than expected. Initially there was a language barrier, but once we resolved that issue we could move forward. However, it was a little frustrating at the beginning, and due to the sudden time change, the day before, it threw us off my schedule. Looking forward to having him come back.

Next time you can take the trash put, and wash all the dishes if the is no place to dry you can organize the dry dishes

Would give a 4.5. Cleaning was very good but there were a few visible spots left on oven and soap dishes were not cleaned , etc. Marisa and her associate arrived two hours late and once Marisa got her associate set up, she left to, I guess, take care of another client. Associate did not speak hardly any English and I would have preferred to have Marissa and see how she did.

Hillary arrived on time and did a fine job. I was extremely busy working so I wasntable to give her much direction . Not that she needed it. When I was finally able to assess her work after she left I realized she had done a fine job and I would be happy to have her come back again.

Wander was wonderful. I really appreciated her dedication and understanding of my needs as I was under a deadline with an inspection. Her knowledge and level of efficiency allowed her to get a great amount of cleaning done in the 4 hrs she was here. It is very satisfying to be in a professionally cleaned environment. Cathy did very good. Especially on mopping the kitchen floor. That floor is cork and hard to clean. She also, did a very good job on the living room blinds and window seals. Very satisfied.

Jahmil is heaven sent ! He clean like we did growing up hands and knees cleaning floors and baseboards. Uses all top cleaning products and you don’t know he’s there . They were a great swift cleaner however my windex bottle disappeared which is really inconvenient considering i buy the gallon of it and refill the bottle… also they stopped cleaning 30 min early and could have hit the laundry room but overall they did a great job.
