Very personable. This was our first cleaning in a while. She did. Really good job cleaning a lot of the detailed items that had not been maintained. It felt good to walk into different parts of my home and see it cleaned.

She arrived on time and stay the entire time actively engaged in cleaning. Very kind and well mannered. Could have some more of her own supplies compared to previous cleaners but she did well the amount of time she has been in this line of work.

Tanya did a great job. Prompt, upbeat, blasted thru the cleaning like a lightning bolt. The upstairs was a smoker's apartment, and while it probably needs a second cleaning because the funk is so deep, she took care to remove tar from ceilings and fixtures. Great work.
