She was very nice and understanding I just wish she communicated with me being late and than I told her every floor has to be mop and swept and my living room was left untouched and that the mist traffic and my main bathroom wasn't cleaned up to my standards the glass was still dirty and I still seen toothpaste residue

She arrived on time and she actually did a wonderful job and my daughter's room with organizing. I felt as though if you were here for 3 hours from 9:30 to 12:30 she should have left at 12:30 and she could have cleaned the living room area with that extra time and tip. Other than that she did an okay job

He did a good job however he did not vacuum the whole house he broke a mirror and he worked for 2 1/2 hours and charged me for 3 His rate was the highest since I have been with this organization

Charniece was very nice and professional . She was thorough in her cleaning. However, she was not able to clean my entire house. She had to leave after the 4 hour mark. She needed more time, so the time estimate was incorrect.
