Esmeralda has cleaned my house twice and has done an outstanding job both times. She is always very punctual, she is a good communicator that confirms appointments and shares updates. My cat also likes her and enjoys when she comes to clean.

Sintia did an amazingly thorough job and I am definitely going to request her and use her services again. The apartment is spotless, beds made, dishes done. Cannot explain how great Sintia is!

Exceptional cleaning service! Shantasia meticulously cleaned every surface and left the area spotless. My floors, stove, windows, tables, and even door handles were all cleaned with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Shantasia for all your cleaning needs.

Missed a few spots, did a few things I asked her not to do, and did not put things back exactly as they were. She was nice and got right to work, but didn’t work as hard once I left. She used natural cleaning products like I requested! She did a good job but just not a great job.

Tranell did excellent cleaning. My house smelled wonderful and was thoroughly cleaned. She followed all my instructions respectfully

This was our second time booking with Tyrone. First time was amazing! This time, I see a couple of spots that could have been done differently. To be fair, there was a lot going on in my house today and we did not get to level set or do a final walk through. Had we done that, I'm sure he would have addressed my concerns.
