Gabrielle is the absolute best. If you want the the ultimate cleaning from the absolute best person then Gabrielle is the cleaner for you. Only reason I can’t recommend any higher is because the ceiling doesn’t go high enough to what she has earned. If you get Gabrielle then just know your home will be on top notch shape and an awesome person made it that way.

An added bonus is that she understood how to greet dogs, using calm tone and without showing exuberance (which can excite some dogs). I give Astorcia high marks for going through with this job. The work I requested from the app was not communicated properly. Typically my house is a easily a 3-person job for its size and a cleaning crew can get through it in 2-3 hours. One person takes 6-8… but Astorcia stayed and attempted to complete the job. Unfortunately, again not Astorcia’s fault, I didn’t get the full clean I requested.

I felt comfortable with Crystal in my home and she was very friendly. She did a good job cleaning, but I wish she had better time management. She was racing to clean my bedroom and bathroom at the end and missed some spots. In addition she didn’t put the cleaning supplies away which was slightly frustrating. Overall, it was a good job for an inexpensive clean.

Haley is amazing and such a relief to my overwhelmed household. She takes time to ask questions and tailors each cleaning to my needs that day.

Tanay show up on time kept in touch from the time she accepted the appointment. She came in and did the walk through and set expectations to a level we felt comfortable with and then she went to work. Completed work and did the final walk through. All around a good experience.
