This was my very first time using cleaning service. I didn't know what to expect actually. I guess for first time I needed more than 4 hours. She wasnt able to touch any of the 3 bed rooms or finish the full bathroom. What I love. The dishes were done. What needs to work on. Kitchen island still had food stain and still dust bunny in the corner of the floor. Overall I guess it wasnt too bad.

She might have forgotten but did not get trash out of the master bathroom she cleaned but I would not want to take a point away for that giving her the benefit of the doubt. The only things I would have expected, additionally, would have been for her to hang up the sweater and jacket that were on the office chair and to wash the linoleum floor at the exit door of my bedroom.
