Stephanie did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I'm sensitive to fragrances. The strong odor from the amount of bleach that was used gave me issues for the rest of the day. If you're not sensitive, she’s an excellent choice.

Not very thorough. In master-bath she did not take things off the sink area or back of toilet. Also she didn’t empty the garbages and other cleaner have.

Thank you for all your hard work i appreciate it. The only thing was I noticed the area behind the garbage can in kitchen wasn’t cleaned and under the kitchen table. Other than that she did a fantastic job, took longer than I expected and showed up later than what was planned.

Not all surfaces cleaned sufficiently and did not communicate that she needed more time to do the job. However, Pam is very polite to work with.

Brian missed a few areas in the kitchen. He didn't have many supplies, in fact it left a mop and broom. Brian arrived at 130pm, half hour late and left a half hour early at 430pm. He should have stayed for 3.5 hrs.

Kellie is thorough while cleaning. Quiet and sweet demeanor. The bathrooms and kitchen looked really good when she was done. The dusting is most important for me, and she did a good job. Unfortunately, Kellie was late reporting to the job, which affected my rating and her ability to complete all areas. However, she did a good job on the areas she was able to complete.

Excellent she did a fantastic job with minimal to no instruction just the way I like it. My son said she did a terrific job on the kitchen. We are very pleased with the work she did! She also did take a hour to clean my bathroom which is pretty small and she was able to get more work done than anyone else. So I love the services thank you very much
