Dante did a great job cleaning my floors but I think I didn't make myself clear enough. He cleaned the bathroom but forgot the bath tub and didn't clean the kitchen counters. I think he thought I just wanted the floors done. My mistake. He's very pleasant . Nice guy. I tiped him myself.

I noticed that the shower was not cleaned. She did clean other rooms. I booked for 4 hours and Mecca was here for only 2 1/2 hours. Homeglow only gave me an hour credit.

Sara and her husband are very professional. They did a good job in most areas. However, there is a few spots are missed or not clean . So I could give 4 to 4.5 stars

All the cleaning was great, except the floors. I think they have to be rinsed after washing. Like one section at a time. Then rinse mop in bucket. Wrong out mop and go over again. I still saw smudges on the floor. I went over the floors again and the water was quite dirty and washing them again. Thx.
