She paid very close attention to detail, honored all of my notes and request that I placed, and was willing to show me all the different areas in which she cleaned. She gets everything in the kitchen so clean, even under the appliances, which I find most cleaners tend to clean around.

The first half of the cleaning was very detailed, including windows, shiny and spotless. Then I had an appointment and left the house, when I came back, the cleaner already left, it seems one bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Other than this, everything else is perfect.

Kathleen was very nice and did I a good job with the areas she cleaned. However, when She was ready to leave in 4 hours for a 5 hour appointment, I did the walk through and found out that she didn’t really dust much and left out areas in bath stalls. She did clean those after I pointed them out.
