Juana was super thorough, and just a joy to be around. So sweet! She cleaned in places I almost never get to (pulled out my sofa and swept behind, actually pulled my super heavy coffee table off of the rug to vacuum, etc.) and she took such pride in showing off every room as she finished, with a little giggle almost as if to say "look how clean!" LOL I would gladly have her back anytime.

Sandra did an excellent job, she was mindful of the cleaning of our home. My husband and are very satisfied. I will ask for Sandra for my future cleaning appointments.

Linda did a good job overall but she wasnt keeping a track of time and so skipped ome common areas like wiping down the counter tops and shower edges. 3 hours should have been enough to thoroughly clean a small sized kitchen and even smaller bathrooms.

Sylvester was incredible from start to finish. It's been awhile since our apartment has had a deep cleaning so it wasn't the easiest but he couldn't have done a better job. On top of his excellent cleaning skills, he is also courteous, kind, and a pleasure to chat with. Will definitely have him back again.

A good job as always, but she arrived late again. Late as in 30 minutes. She also wasn't dressed for the cleaning work, instead opting for open sandals and a dress, which isn't appropriate work dress in my opinion.

Kristen did an excellent job. There was some mold within the ceiling corners of one of the bathrooms and she did not hesitate to ensure it was completely gone. I've had cleaners completely skip this, but she did not quit until the area was spotless. Great work ethic from this cleaner.
