She is on time and will do anything that is asked of her. She is very friendly and makes sure her work is up to your expectation. This is my first experience having a house cleaner and I am enjoying everything about it. It is so nice to always come home to a clean house. !

Linda did a good job overall but she wasnt keeping a track of time and so skipped ome common areas like wiping down the counter tops and shower edges. 3 hours should have been enough to thoroughly clean a small sized kitchen and even smaller bathrooms.

I docked her one star because she did not deep clean. But perhaps my expectation was unrealistic for her 1st visit, since she had a lot of areas to cover. Next time I’ll ask her to focus on limited areas and clean deeper.

A good job as always, but she arrived late again. Late as in 30 minutes. She also wasn't dressed for the cleaning work, instead opting for open sandals and a dress, which isn't appropriate work dress in my opinion.
