He was very nice and well organized. We weren’t quite ready for him with some clutter and he did well working around and with it. I think it slowed down his speed but we got what we wanted done.

She was on time and communicated well. She read the notes I left for my cleaning requirements and she followed through. She cleaned 2 bathroom and flooring for 3 bed, living room. She ran out of time to clean kitchen in 2 hours cleaning. And as her bio says she does have smiling personality.

Bathroom cleaning 2/5 liquid used is not impressive , floor and sink needed clean up Living room 4/5, cleaning covered under sofa which is good, mopping was not covered. Kitchen 4/5, sink needs more work stairs 3/5 there was more dust to be covered and no bed rooms were covered which is bit disappointing

Leilani was great, but my issue is with the company again! I tipped online last time and they didn’t apply any credit towards this appointment. Also the membership said three months before now they changed it to six months. This company likes to change terms as they please, 3 more months and I’m out!!
