Keyona communicated with me regularly before the appointment. She arrived on time. She was polite and respectful. She focused on the areas I requested to optimize her time. I docked her one star because she did not deep clean. But perhaps my expectation was unrealistic for her 1st visit, since she had a lot of areas to cover. Next time I’ll ask her to focus on limited areas and clean deeper.

Cleaner was supposed to be there at q0 am, then changed to 9 pm, then 3 pm, finally arrived at 4:20pm, left at 6:40pm. Or the other hand Katlyn did everything I asked of her and did it pretty well.

Ivy came as the 2nd cleaner at the house and did an amazing job. I was very concerned after the 1st person did such a bad job. She worked efficiently and left the house looking great. Ivy got rid of hard water sink stains, leaving them like new. Ivy will be one of my 2 cleaners request for future cleans. I am thankful for her work.
