Yuko was punctual, friendly, and professional. She paid attention to what I was hoping to focus on. She also suggested to bring different products to better address certain problems. I appreciate her problem-solving attitude and her work ethics.

Next appointment, we need cleaning kitchen, living room in next 3 hours. She needs mop , broom equipments for mopping floors. I did give tip ( cash) to Nikol.

Very nice and friendly polite and respectful. Cleaned ok, compared to previous cleaners she didn’t get the same amount of work done within that time frame, didn’t clean under the toilet and didn’t scrub the tub well. Those were my main issues since I have a bad back and can’t bend down to scrub myself.

Linda did a good job overall but she wasnt keeping a track of time and so skipped ome common areas like wiping down the counter tops and shower edges. 3 hours should have been enough to thoroughly clean a small sized kitchen and even smaller bathrooms.
