She did a good job. Only issue was arriving 30 minutes late to the first appointment. This is more for HOMEAGLOW, place cleaners logistically close to their home base whenever possible. JMO She was paid cash for her tip, thank you.

Jill is wonderful! Great at cleaning but is also very independent and if she has cleaned before she remembers the details on each room. I strongly recommend Jill!

6 hours was not enough for our house and one person but she made it work. We especially love how clean our windows and shutters are. Hope i booked for 1 extra hour to complete 2 bedrooms.

Linda did a good job overall but she wasnt keeping a track of time and so skipped ome common areas like wiping down the counter tops and shower edges. 3 hours should have been enough to thoroughly clean a small sized kitchen and even smaller bathrooms.

Keyona communicated with me regularly before the appointment. She arrived on time. She was polite and respectful. She focused on the areas I requested to optimize her time. I docked her one star because she did not deep clean. But perhaps my expectation was unrealistic for her 1st visit, since she had a lot of areas to cover. Next time I’ll ask her to focus on limited areas and clean deeper.

Good worker…she will clean what is asked of her and some things that are not. She’s very friendly and sweet. I would say the only issue I have is the last two times, I was charged for the 4.5 hrs and she was not here for that time. Not sure if this is an administrative issue or employee issue. Nevertheless, I will use her again.
