Actually it wasn’t 4.25 hours. It was three hours. I gave her a tip in person. I loved her work. I would definitely have her back again for my next cleaning.

Another good job by Karen. She’s very attentive to the needs of her clients and she even me with the Homeaglow site which can be hard to navigate if you’re looking for customer support. She does an amazing job on the bathrooms. I had stains in my shower that I didn’t think would come up and my shower looks brand new again. Thanks, Karen!!

Ivy was a pleasure to have in my home. She arrived in her scheduled window and took a quick tour of our home with me to figure out what was most important to me. She was kind to my pets and careful not to leave the door open. She had many of her own supplies and used my picky brands when I asked her to. I really enjoyed talking to her while she spoiled me by doing my housework for me.

Great experience. Thorough cleaner, good communication, went beyond her duties and offered ideas. Will definitely ask her back.

I had paid for 5 hours work. She arrived 3 pm sharp! I only had 4 rooms but they were VERY MESSY. She got two rooms done, left her drink on the counter so I’m cleaning up after her. She left 6:30 2 rooms NOT CLEANED!!! They tried to charge me only for three hours so that’s fair…..

Melanie was amazing and did great work. For me, it’s hard letting someone in my home and seeing it all messy, but Melanie was completely understanding and super flexible and helpful. I haven’t seen my home this clean since I moved in!

Armida worked hard in 6 hours and I could tell she took pride in her work. We needed our house cleaned for renters and she did an excellent job!

She is new does not know what full house cleaning is. She did not bring vacuum cleaner and Mop. She is very nice, polite and she does what you ask her to do. I gave her tip too.

Very thorough. My floors and countertops were so shiny! David was friendly, my dogs and teenagers felt comfortable around him while he was there cleaning. Being able to keep the dogs inside was really a big deal being summer and it being too hot for the dogs to stay outside.

Janice did a good job over all but there were a few things missed. She didn’t dust the top of my husbands dresser, didn’t dust the family room furniture and only cleaned the stove in the kitchen. She didn’t wipe down the counters . I would have her again and just explain what my expectations more clearly.
