I received a poor first review my first clean however I can assure you not all of the review is true. Most one bedroom apartments take approximately 3 - 4 hours for a general cleaning and a 3-4 bedroom 2 bath home between 4-6 hours. So please if your looking for a full house clean to be done in 2 hours then I am definitely not a good fit as a cleaner for you. 2 hour clean covers 2 bathrooms and a quick kitchen clean and that does not include floors. So please take into consideration the hard work is cleaners put into cleaning your home. Again I want to re-iterate I am a thorough, detailed cleaner. I take pride in my cleanings and I am helping sanitize county homes 1 home at a time and I work hard to make sure I sanitize as much as possible the frequently touched high traffic areas. **Also please I cannot stress this enough If you or anyone in the household has been currently sick with any cold, flu or viruses please Respect us cleaners and let us know prior to the appointment so that we can make a choice to decide if we want to risk the spread of anything we might be exposed to and so if we need to pick up any special protective gear or virus killing cleaners we will be well prepared. It could be a decision that could be a matter of life or death. Thanking you kindly in advance for your respect and consideration. IMPORTANT : PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL A JOB 3 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE CLEANING! WHAT HAPPENS IS I LOSE ACCEPTING OTHER CLIENTS AND END UP WITH A DAY OF NO PAY. RIGHT NOW CLIENTS ARE CANCELLING OVER 20 JOBS PER MONTH FOR WHATEVER REASON. For sanitary reasons and allergies, I prefer to use clients' own vacuum but I do have one to provide. I do not carry a vacuum unless specified. When setting your time to clean, please note that each bathroom can take between 45min to 1.5 depending on the condition. Kitchen areas area typically 30 min for standard clean, and floors 20-30 minutes. Standard clean does not include baseboard, windows, or refrigerators.
