Ivy was a pleasure to have in my home. She arrived in her scheduled window and took a quick tour of our home with me to figure out what was most important to me. She was kind to my pets and careful not to leave the door open. She had many of her own supplies and used my picky brands when I asked her to. I really enjoyed talking to her while she spoiled me by doing my housework for me.

Great experience. Thorough cleaner, good communication, went beyond her duties and offered ideas. Will definitely ask her back.

I had paid for 5 hours work. She arrived 3 pm sharp! I only had 4 rooms but they were VERY MESSY. She got two rooms done, left her drink on the counter so I’m cleaning up after her. She left 6:30 2 rooms NOT CLEANED!!! They tried to charge me only for three hours so that’s fair…..

Armida worked hard in 6 hours and I could tell she took pride in her work. We needed our house cleaned for renters and she did an excellent job!

Keyona communicated with me regularly before the appointment. She arrived on time. She was polite and respectful. She focused on the areas I requested to optimize her time. I docked her one star because she did not deep clean. But perhaps my expectation was unrealistic for her 1st visit, since she had a lot of areas to cover. Next time I’ll ask her to focus on limited areas and clean deeper.

She is new does not know what full house cleaning is. She did not bring vacuum cleaner and Mop. She is very nice, polite and she does what you ask her to do. I gave her tip too.

She passed the test by not running in terror when she saw my place. She regularly cleans my place and it’s looking good, especially for slobs like me and my 2 roommates. She does a great job. She even cleaned under and behind the fridge and that hadn’t been done since the owner’s, one of the roomies, mom passed about 20 years ago. Good worker, trustworthy and a sunny, friendly personality.

Very thorough. My floors and countertops were so shiny! David was friendly, my dogs and teenagers felt comfortable around him while he was there cleaning. Being able to keep the dogs inside was really a big deal being summer and it being too hot for the dogs to stay outside.

Janice did a good job over all but there were a few things missed. She didn’t dust the top of my husbands dresser, didn’t dust the family room furniture and only cleaned the stove in the kitchen. She didn’t wipe down the counters . I would have her again and just explain what my expectations more clearly.

I asked if she wiped down appliances and she said yes but when it came to my airfryer she actually cleaned the inside as well. That was a surprise. Everything looked great.
