She arrived on time. Not sure why she didn't have all necessary cleaning tools, i.e. vacuum, broom and dust pan.

She was quick and did everything in 2 hours. Only one thing was I have a cleaner for granite to make it shine and her cleaner made it dry filming.

We are very happy with Andy. He did an excellent job. However, the master bathroom sinks and countertop need more attention next time. They had hairs and a few black soot places. But, over all, good work. I am increasing clean time from 2 hours to 3 hours so he won’t have to rush at the end to finish. Andy did extra cleaning on our barbecue. It was bad.

Cavan is great! He works hard and gets the job done even while I bug him a bit. He has great attention to detail and has an amazing vacuum to get up the pet hair from my 3 fur babies.
