The service was excellent, but I don't understand why your rate doubled in the span of 2 weeks, so I'm paying double what I expected to pay, without any warning. Not cool. Tried to text you, got no reply. Tried to leave a voicemail, but mailbox was full.

A very nice and down to Earth Woman. Professional. My house was shining clean, smelled great and sparkled when she left. I have 2 large Dogs, and there is a lot of loose fur. She had a great attitude and knew what she was doing, and what my house needed. Which I appreciated! Thanks Samara!

Whitney is not only great and detail oriented in deep cleaning my house, she was very receptive to focusing on the areas that I wanted focused on, and checked in to see if there’s any thing else I wanted before she finished and left each room/area to move on to the next. She is also very kind and makes the people around her feel comfortable.

Lily Beth follows my directions. However, her equipment didn’t function well so our carpeted areas didn’t get vacuumed. Seventy percent of the house was not cleared to my expectations. I tipped her, personally.

Super nice guy! I didn't have any deep scrubbing: it was all basic light cleaning. He did a good job- better than I could do. He brought all his own items and had me do a walk through afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. Very grateful for his help.
