Nancy was friendly and thorough. I’m rating her four stars instead of five given that she was 2.5 hours late (she thought the appointment was the next day). Also, she spent three hours cleaning 2.5 bathrooms only (although cleaned them well).

Maria Jose is polite and thorough. she arrives on time and is very detailed at our Cleaning and that’s why I continue using her.
