She arrived almost 2hrs late due to unexpectedly running long at her last appointment but she took time to clean my oven and take care of what was previously missed by other cleaners. Every time she cleaned something, nothing was put back where it was. Some of the dusting was only done in the front not moved and dusted. So, when you went to get something and moved the item there was dust. But Kelly was on time and friendly.
