Brought a helper and did a good job however although they were there for no more than 2 hours (Because he requested we start later and I had a hard stop for an event) charged me for 3.5 hours. The original appointment before knowing there were more people and the schedule change was set for 3 hours. Should I be getting charged for anything more than the 3 hours?

Richard arrived on time and was very courteous and very attentive to details of what was expected to be done in each room. He works very quickly but every room was very thoroughly done. He only worked 2 hours but everything I wanted done was completed and he did extra cleaning that I was not expecting. Great job Richard! I will schedule him to come back.

Jennifer was nice and did a good job. I did notice there’s was dirt and some gunk still stick on the floor. I really wanted to focus on the floors more. I didn’t want to have to go back and check and re clean some floors.

April was much improved in our second cleaning. While there were still a few mistake (the towels in the closet were still damp after the wash), she was able to follow the AirBnb instructions we laid out for her a lot better. There were still a few misses, but it was still a great experience working with her.

Like others said, she is thorough in places you wouldn’t think to clean but misses some key spots. Great for regular cleanings and up keep but I was looking for more of a deep clean.
