Travis is an excellent professional. He always arrives early and ready to work. He always brings all of his own tools, materials, cleaners, and supplies. He never leaves until all of the tasks have been completed and approved. He makes very useful suggestion as for cleaning maintenance. We rate him as 10+ due to his outstanding work ethic. Bathroom floors were done very well. Kitchen look good too. I would suggest next time when you come up to the 2nd floor, look to your right, you can see the dust if you went around a leg of a chair or a table.

She did a good job and was friendly, but I still had more that needed to be done and she left a little early (20 minutes) and I still got charged the full amount. She did good though and was really sweet.

Cleaned ok, compared to previous cleaners she didn’t get the same amount of work done within that time frame, didn’t clean under the toilet and didn’t scrub the tub well. Those were my main issues since I have a bad back and can’t bend down to scrub myself.
